Dancation Policies

Two month’s tuition is due at time of
registration which is applied to September 2011 and June 2012. June
2012 tuition is NON-REFUDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE!
Dancation follows a 5 payment schedule. The payment schedule is as
follows:
· 1st Payment due at
Registration: September 2011 & June 2012
· 2nd Payment due
October 1st: October 2011 & November 2011
· 3rd Payment due
December 1st: December 2011 & January 2012
· 4th Payment due
February 1st: February 2012 & March 2012
· 5th Payment due
April 1st: April 2012 & May 2012
Tuitions are due regardless of student’s attendance. Please mail
your payment to Dancation Studio if student is absent.
June tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable, which means:
If student takes 2 classes and drops one, June tuition for that
class will not be applied to the class student continues to take.
If you have two children registered and one drops out, June tuition
will not be applied to the student continuing to take class.
If student should miss a class you have a 2 week period to make it
up (call the studio for make-up class information). Make-up classes
are not mandatory; they are optional. Make-up classes are not
offered when recital routines begin.
In case of inclement weather, please call the studio for closing
information. Dancation Studio will not be held responsible for
closings due to inclement weather; however, you may make-up the
classes on your own.
Please make sure student is in the proper attire for his or her
class. Student will not be permitted to take class if not properly
dressed. Parents are to assume full responsibility for this.
Refund Policy:
Because Dancation asks for two (2) months tuition at one time, we
will refund the second months payment if student should drop out.
However, any month that has already been started by student will not
be refunded, but the student may finish his or her classes for that
month. Dancation Studio needs to know if student will be pulling out
one week prior to the next month or refund will be forfeited.
(Example: October 24th is the deadline for refund of November
payment)
